Our Commitment

The Ninth Star Foundation believes privacy is a fundamental right. This policy covers the ninthstar.org website and all Foundation-published software, including Nemorith and Finaxius.

Website (ninthstar.org)

This website does not collect personal data. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar service.

The website loads Google Fonts for typography. Google may log font requests per their privacy policy. No other third-party services are loaded.

Our Software

Nemorith and Finaxius are offline-first applications that store all data locally on your device. They contain:

• Zero telemetry
• Zero analytics
• Zero crash reporting
• Zero usage tracking
• No user accounts or registration

We do not know who uses our software, how many people use it, or what they do with it. That is by design. Each application has its own detailed privacy policy available on its respective website.

Data Collection

Across all Foundation properties, we collect no personal information. There are no sign-up forms, no email lists, no contact databases. When you reach out via our contact page or social media, that interaction is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy, not ours.

Donations

Donations are processed through Open Collective, a third-party fiscal host. Open Collective has its own privacy policy and terms. We do not directly collect or store payment information.

Children

We do not collect data from anyone, including children. Our software is designed for adults managing their finances.

Open Source Verification

Every privacy claim about our software can be verified by reading the source code. All Foundation software is open source under AGPL-3.0 and available at codeberg.org/NinthStarFoundation.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Our core commitment to zero data collection is foundational and not something we intend to change.
